Services Breakdown: Standard Digital Twin Model Categories
One "standard model" typically falls into one of these categories. Delivery is usually within 48 hours from capture (unless expedited).
1. "THE ESTABLISHER" (Hero Building Exterior)
Includes: Comprehensive aerial 3D scan of the building's facade(s). Ground-level 3D scan of key exterior elevations and immediate surroundings.
Focus: Creating a stunning, high-detail exterior model of a key building.
Base Price: €999
Note: Does not include detailed interior scans (see "THE ACTION ZONE").
2. "THE ACTION ZONE" (Key Interior Spaces - up to 100m²)
Includes: Up to 100m² (approx. 1076 sq ft) of detailed interior space. Captured with ground-level 3D scanning.
Focus: High-detail, walkable 3D scans of specific interior rooms or zones crucial for filming scenes.
Base Price: €1499
Note: Each additional block of up to 100m² of interior space is treated as an additional "THE ACTION ZONE" model.
3. "THE LOCATION OVERVIEW" (Exterior Environment Scan - up to 1500m²)
Includes: Up to 1,500m² (approx. 0.37 acres) of a defined outdoor location, captured with both aerial and ground-level 3D scanning where feasible.
Focus: Capturing a defined outdoor area to understand its layout, atmosphere, and suitability. (e.g., park, city square, street segment, forest clearing, parking lot)
Base Price: €2150
Note: Highly complex terrains or significantly larger areas may require custom assessment/quote.
4. "AERIAL RECCE" (Large Scale Drone Scan)
Includes: Drone-based scan of features like bridges, overpasses, long road/street sections, coastlines, large industrial sites, etc. Scope (e.g., length of road) defined per feature.
Focus: Primarily aerial capture where overall scale, context, and aerial perspective are paramount.
Base Price: €1550
Note: Ground-level detail will be less granular.
For larger areas or more complex requirements falling outside these standard categories, a custom quote will be provided.
Additional Services:
Prop or Human Digital Twin Insertion: €250 per item.
Vehicle Digital Twin Insertion: €800 per vehicle.
Hosting Information:
Project-Based Hosting: First year of hosting is FREE. From year 2 onwards, hosting is €30 per model/month.
Retainer Hosting: Hosting for all models created under an active retainer (for the duration of the retainer) is included in the monthly fee.
Post-Retainer Hosting: If a retainer is concluded, existing models can continue to be hosted at €60 per model/month.
All prices are estimates. Final pricing subject to detailed project scope and agreement.
Prices do not include travel or accommodation costs if required for on-site capture.
Additional services (Prop/Vehicle Insertion) quoted separately upon request.
